Secure 10x20 Self Storage Units

We have 50 secure self storage units in total and all are 10 X 20 in size. There is a three month minimum lease requirement, running month to month after the lease is fulfilled. We require a 30 day notice before vacating your unit. You will not be refunded partial months for moving prior to your month end lease term.

Units are $90 per month
There is a 3 month minimum lease requirement, then it runs month to month
Use your own padlock to lock your storage unit
Storage units stay dry
Located right off of Highway 30 on the very west part of Lincoln Way. Easy to get to in Ames, and a quick drive from Boone.

What Fits in a 10 x 20 Unit?

A 10′ x 20′ storage unit can fit the contents of a multi-bedroom house including:

Multiple sets of bedroom furniture
A full living room set
Large appliances like a refrigerator and washer/dryer
Dining room furniture
Patio furniture
Exercise equipment
A large quantity of boxes
A small car or motorcycle
